Hi, I'm Anna Boshoer.

For almost 20 years, I've partnered with organizations across a variety of industries, helping them build strong HR foundations, support their people, and navigate the challenges that come with growth.

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to build HR departments from the ground up, guide businesses through periods of change, develop leaders, strengthen workplace cultures, and create practical HR solutions that make a real difference.

As a CHRL-designated HR professional, I've learned that every business is different, but one thing is always true: People are at the heart of every successful organization.

I started HumanizeHR because the business owners I met wanted to be the best possible employers, but didn't know where to start with HR. That felt like a problem worth solving.
